Groups of professional cooks and enthusiastic amateurs can enter their own creations. The final is held at St Angela’s College in County Sligo and it is a feast for all the senses.
Another wonderful meeting of culinary minds takes place at the Festival of Fish, which is held in County Down in August. Visitors can enjoy delightfully fresh seafood, menus with a festive twist, competitions and much more.
